La Cantinetta in Wiesbaden

Have seldom seen such nice, courteous and competent service staff in terms of catering and advice on the dishes. We now go there for lunch every day and also like to go there in the evening and on the weekend, even if you just stop by for a coffee, you are always warmly welcome and never turned away, as we have already experienced in many other restaurants in Wiesbaden's Goldgasse had to. We really like coming to this restaurant and have never been disappointed. Always my pleasure !!!

Excellent restaurant with good service and a cheap lunch menu. Very nice staff, well-stocked menu for food and attractive wines. The central location offers the opportunity to enjoy the city center of Wiesbaden after dinner - therefore a clear recommendation!

The tables at the place were immaculately cleaned and the chairs were extremely comfortable. Promter and nice service. I think all the local staff did a great job there, it blew us away pretty much. Great value for money. We think the prices are completely fair.

It is a good Italian restaurant. There are other food than Italian. I ate black Pizza with steak and it was really good. Others have eaten other kind of Pizza, but it was not so special like this one. Other Pizzas were just average. But I will come back again.

The lunch menu is highly recommended. We ended up there looking for a late 2pm lunch. No problem. Lunch is probably served until 5 p.m. As a starter we chose a beetroot, apple, carrot salad with sheep cheese and a chard, kohlrabi cream soup. Both very tasty. We took the saithe with risotto as a main course. It was definitely worth the 1 euro extra price for the standard, or better said it was absolutely delicious. In addition, you can choose wine, beer or non-alcoholic drink and finally an espresso. All this together for 11.90 euros. We'll definitely come by more often, even if it's not on our doorstep. 5 stars for it!

You pay tourist prices here, which is much cheaper for Italian restaurants. Otherwise, the food is really excellent, and if you like summer evenings in small alleys with street music, you will get your money's worth here. Those who come by Monday to Friday until 4 p.m. can also put together a nice 2-course meal from the lunch menu and also get a drink and get away much cheaper here than with the regular menu

We love to eat here with family and friends; a great place to indulge your culinary delights. The black "Pizza alla Chef" with cream cheese crust is particularly recommended. The dough is black and tastes exceptionally good.

Fine Italian Restaurant in Wiesbaden Super service and nicely decorated and tasty meals.... one of our best culinary experiences in Wiesbaden. My veal liver plate was excellent...

Very few times have I had such great service. The food was good, beer was cold, and the service was always readily available. Not many places can claim all three here in Wiesbaden.

This place is amazing. Granted Im new to Germany but I feel I need to say that this is THE BEST Italian I have ever had. I'm a fat kid so I know food lol. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

Walk through their door and be immediately transported to some swanky small alley Italian restaurant. Nice place to take a date. Inside and outside dining available. Packed around 8pm. Servers are on point. Food is fantastic. They're not stingy with their shaved truffles. Dessert just what you want dessert to look and taste like. Prices are reasonable. Will go back for sure.
